Dynamic Diesels Returns and Refunds

Obtaining an Return Label (RMA)

For any return, you must first acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This helps us efficiently manage and track returns. To get an RMA, please reach out to our Customer Support desk by emailing us at help@dpfdelete.com. Without a valid RMA, we cannot process your return.

A. Policy for Tuners and Programmers

PLEASE NOTE: All Custom Tuning is final sale and will not be accepted for Returns or Refunds unless the device/tuning is proven faulty by the manufacturer.
 

If Your Tuner is Faulty: You have 90 days from the date of delivery to initiate a manufacturer's warranty claim. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to return the faulty tuner to us. For more information on our warranty policy, please refer to the WARRANTY section above.

For Other Return Reasons: If you decide to return the tuner for reasons other than a fault, you will be charged the cost of the return label and a 20-25% restocking fee based on the condition of the tuner's return. Please note that we do not accept third-party return labels; all return labels must be provided by us.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

B. For Exhausts, Race Pipes, and EGR Kits

PLEASE NOTE: Exhausts and race pipes are final sale items and will not be accepted for Returns or Refunds.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?
 

  • Exhausts & Race Pipes: If your item is damaged, we'll either send you a replacement part or, in severe damage cases, a completely new product. If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately, and we will make it right.
     

  • EGR Kits: If your EGR kit arrives damaged or incomplete, we'll ensure you receive the necessary replacement parts. If you receive the wrong kit, we'll dispatch the correct one immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the mistaken item.
     

Returning EGR Kit for Other Reasons: If you decide to return a product not related to damage:

  • Ensure you use our provided return label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.

  • A restocking fee will apply – 25% for EGR kits, with possible increases based on the product's condition.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Credits

  • Post-Return Inspection: To uphold our quality standards, we inspect all returned items before processing any refunds, gift cards, or exchanges.
     

  • Opt for a Gift Card: Instead of a conventional refund, you have the choice of a Gift Card. This way, you can redeem the amount on any future purchases with us.
