Shipping Timelines

  • Orders placed on DPFDelete.com are generally processed within two business days of your order date.

  • Processing and Shipping: These are two separate stages. We handle the processing of your order within the first two business days, and the shipping timeline begins only after your order has been dispatched.

  • International Shipping: We offer a single shipping option for international orders—a three-day transit time via air shipping. Depending on your location, your order may be shipped using one of three couriers: FedEx, UPS, or DHL. If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately through different couriers.

  • Delivery Days: Please note that FedEx, UPS, and DHL typically do not deliver on weekends. Therefore, you can expect your order to be delivered during weekdays.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number along with an updated invoice.
 

  • Tracking Information: We typically receive tracking information within one business day of shipment. This tracking number is then added to your invoice, which we email to you. Please note that packages are not scanned when picked up from our warehouse; instead, they are scanned once they arrive at the courier’s local shipping facility.
     

  • If four business days have passed since you placed your order and you have not received tracking information, please contact us. There could be a shipping delay or an issue with the email address provided. We are here to assist you and ensure your order is on track.
