Please be aware that all custom tuning (including tuning devices and tuning services), exhaust systems, race pipes, and EGR kits are non-returnable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these products. It is essential to double-check your order before completing your purchase to confirm you have selected the correct parts for your vehicle.
Return Eligibility:
Returns will only be accepted for items that are confirmed to be defective due to a manufacturing issue. Returns for any other reason, including incorrect orders or change of mind, will not be processed.
Return Procedure:
If you believe an item is defective, please contact us by phone or email at hello@dpfdelete.com, providing proof of the defect in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be processed or accepted without a valid RMA number.
