Final Sale Products:
Please be aware that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- Custom tuning — including additional tune files purchased separately or custom tuning purchased with a tuning device
- Exhausts and race pipes — including downpipes purchased separately from an exhaust system or race pipe
- EGR kits
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase to ensure you have selected the correct parts and options for your vehicle.
Return Eligibility:
The following items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging:

Tuning devices — including an unopened/unused Mini Maxx V1/V2 or blank EFI Live device

Cables and device accessories — including an unopened/unused switch, bypass cable, universal pyrometer, or docking station
Returns may be accepted for eligible items regardless of the reason for the return, provided the item meets the conditions above.
Manufacturer Warranty:
All items we sell include a 90-day manufacturer warranty.
If an item is returned due to a manufacturer defect, it may be eligible for a full refund, exchange, or replacement with a similar item of equal or lesser value.
For eligible items returned for any other reason, the same options apply — full refund, exchange, or replacement with a similar item of equal or lesser value — provided the item meets the return requirements outlined above.
Return Procedure:
All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back. Please contact us by phone or email at hello@dpfdelete.com to request a return authorization.
Once approved, we will provide a valid RMA number and a prepaid return label for your return.
Do not send any items back without an approved RMA and the return label provided by us. Returns sent without these will not be accepted or processed.
