Please be aware that our shipping center is closed on public holidays, which may cause minor delays in processing your order. However, we always resume shipping promptly on the next business day. Additionally, during peak holiday seasons—such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the December holidays—courier networks often experience increased demand, which may result in longer transit times. If you are ordering during these times, we recommend placing your order in advance to avoid delays.
Weekend Processing
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next available business day. If you choose an expedited shipping option, please remember that the delivery timeframe applies only after the order has been dispatched, not from the moment of purchase. Additionally, some couriers do not deliver on weekends in certain regions, meaning your package may arrive on the next available business day.
Shipping Costs & Tracking
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and the selected shipping method. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor your package's progress and estimated delivery date. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

While we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once they leave our warehouse, we will work with you and the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or the courier service before reaching out to us.
