Overview
Exhaust system for the 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 6.7L Powerstroke in a turbo back configuration, available in 4 inch or 5 inch mandrel-bent tubing. Turbo back means the system begins at the turbocharger outlet and replaces every section of exhaust behind it — downpipe included — through to the tailpipe. The result is less backpressure, cooler EGTs and faster spool. Fits pickup body styles only.

4 Inch or 5 Inch Turbo Back
Both diameters are the same turbo back configuration with identical coverage and hanger layout. Only the pipe size and the volume change.
4 Inch Turbo Back
Stock or lightly upgraded turbo. Holds velocity down low, so it still works for towing and hauling. Deeper than factory without being punishing on the highway.
5 Inch Turbo Back
Larger charger, higher fuelling, tuned for peak power. Maximum flow and noticeably louder throughout the range.

Installation
- Bolts into factory hanger positions — hand tools are enough, but a lift and a second person speed it up
- Let the old system cool completely before starting
- Check tailpipe clearance at the rear tire and bumper before final torque

Does this fit a 2024 F-250 6.7L Powerstroke?
Yes. It covers 2023–2026 F-250 and F-350 6.7L Powerstroke pickups. F-450 and Cab & Chassis trucks are not supported.
What is the difference between turbo back and downpipe back?
Turbo back starts at the turbocharger outlet and includes the downpipe. Downpipe back picks up further along and keeps the factory downpipe. This is a full turbo back kit.
Should I choose the 4 inch or the 5 inch?
4 inch for a stock or lightly upgraded turbo and manageable volume. 5 inch for a bigger charger with more fuel behind it where flow is the priority.
How much louder will it be?
Noticeably deeper than factory, more so under load. The 5 inch is louder than the 4 inch everywhere. The optional muffler pulls volume back on either size.
Is this legal for street use?
No. It is sold for closed-course competition and off-road use only, and is not legal on emissions-controlled vehicles driven on public roads.
