Product Description

6.7L Power Stroke High-Flow Cast Aluminum Intake Manifold

The factory intake manifold on the 6.7L Power Stroke is a composite (plastic) casting that becomes brittle with heat cycling. Once it cracks, it leaks boost, which commonly shows up as low power, poor fuel economy and a P200C code. This cast aluminum manifold replaces that component with a rigid metal part that resists heat fatigue, vibration and cracking, and holds a consistent seal under sustained boost.

Direct bolt-on installation using the factory mounting points, and it works with the stock ECM calibration. No tuning, ECM reflash or programmer is required.

Vehicle Fitment

Model Years Ford Models Engine Body Style
2011–2014 F-250 / F-350 / F-450 / F-550 Super Duty 6.7L Power Stroke Pickup / Chassis Cab
2017–2019 F-250 / F-350 / F-450 / F-550 Super Duty 6.7L Power Stroke Pickup / Chassis Cab

Fitment Note: This manifold is not compatible with 2015–2016 or 2020 and newer 6.7L Power Stroke trucks. Confirm your model year before ordering.

Features

  • Cast aluminum construction replaces the crack-prone factory composite manifold
  • Resists heat fatigue, vibration and pressure cycling better than the OEM plastic unit
  • Helps eliminate boost leaks and the P200C code caused by a failed factory manifold
  • High-flow straight-through design, unlike the OEM casting that narrows internally
  • Direct bolt-on installation using the factory mounting points
  • Retains the factory MAP sensor, which transfers from the original manifold
  • Works with the factory air intake and most aftermarket cold air intake systems
  • No ECM tuning or calibration change required

Frequently Asked Questions

Is custom tuning required?
No. The manifold runs on the factory ECM calibration and needs no reflash, programmer or additional tuning.

Will this fit a 2015 or 2016 6.7L Power Stroke?
No. This manifold is designed for 2011–2014 and 2017–2019 applications only.

Will this fit a 2020 or newer truck?
No. The 2020 and later 6.7L uses a different intake manifold design and this part does not fit.

Are intake manifold gaskets included?
No. New OEM gaskets should be purchased separately. Reusing old gaskets is not recommended, even if they look serviceable.

How do I know my factory manifold has failed?
Common symptoms include a P200C code, an audible boost leak under acceleration, reduced power, and visible cracking or oil residue around the manifold seams.
