The Hot Side Intercooler Pipe Kit is designed for 2001–2010 Chevrolet and GMC 6.6L Duramax trucks. It replaces the factory hot-side intercooler pipe, which can become restrictive or fail under higher boost.
This upgraded pipe is built from mandrel-bent aluminum tubing to improve airflow from the turbo to the intercooler. Increased airflow can support stronger boost response, improved throttle response, and lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) under load.
The kit is designed as a direct replacement for the factory pipe and fits the 6.6L Duramax platform within the listed model years. Intended for off-road use only. Custom tuning may be required depending on vehicle setup.
