  • Economy — Stock-like power with emissions equipment removed. Built to prioritize fuel economy.
  • StockPlus (Emissions On) — Keeps emissions systems in place. Adds up to +35 hp and can improve fuel economy by about 5–10%.
  • EcoPower — Emissions equipment removed. Up to +35 hp with tuning aimed at better MPG while keeping reliability front and center.
  • Race — Emissions equipment removed. Up to +50 hp with stronger throttle response and built-in safety limits maintained.
  • Tow — Emissions equipment removed. Up to +50 hp focused on towing torque and stability when hauling heavy.
  • Max — Emissions equipment removed. Up to +75 hp on a stock engine and stock turbo setup.
  • Custom — For modified hardware (engine/turbo). Calibration is built around your exact setup and goals.

Important Tuning Notes

  • Turnaround: Typically 1–2 business days.
  • Fix warning lights first: Do not start tuning if the check engine light or any maintenance warnings are on.
  • DEF/DPF countdown must be cleared: Any active DEF/DPF countdown or derate condition must be repaired before tuning. The tune will not remove these faults.
  • SCR codes must be repaired first: Existing SCR module faults must be resolved prior to tuning; they may not clear after tuning.
  • No laptop required: File read/write and transfers are handled in the mobile app.
  • Custom-order policy: Custom tuning orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Get Started in Five Simple Steps:

  1. Connect the Iron Loader V2 device to your vehicle's OBD2 port and power it up.
  2. Launch the PowerGate app on your smartphone, establish a Bluetooth connection and follow the on-screen instructions to read your stock tune.
  3. Upload your stock tune to the tuning server and await the creation of your personalized tune.
  4. Download the custom tune and upload it to your vehicle using the PowerGate app.
  5. Follow the prompts on your screen to complete the tuning process.
