Product Overview
This complete DPF delete kit for Sprinter vans replaces the factory DPF, catalytic converters, and related sensors with high-flow exhaust components to reduce restriction and improve exhaust flow. The result is quicker turbo response, lower exhaust back-pressure and more consistent engine performance under load, while also helping reduce heat stress on the system during daily driving or work use.
Important: Straight-pipe operation increases sound levels and may produce highway drone. Choose the optional resonator if a quieter exhaust is desired.

Installation:
Installation time ranges from 3 to 4 hours, depending on your experience and tools. A lift or elevated workspace is recommended for easier handling.
Important Notes:
- Disconnect SCR controller, NOx sensors, AdBlue injector, and DPF pressure/EGT sensors before performing tuning.
- If your Sprinter shows a countdown for remaining starts, idle mode, or DEF faults, reset codes using Mercedes-specific tools to ensure proper tuning.
- Late 2018 Sprinters may feature a new turbo/exhaust design; verify your vehicle’s configuration before purchase.
