Ram EcoDiesel 3.0L – Cat & DPF Delete Pipe (2014-2019)
Optimize your 2014-2019 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel 3.0L for off-road performance with our high-quality Stainless Steel Cat & DPF Delete Pipe. This race pipe is engineered to remove the catalytic converter and DPF filter, replacing your downpipe for maximum exhaust flow and enhanced competition capabilities.
Installation Instructions:
Preparation:
- Remove all sensors and DEF injector from the downpipe, SCR, and DPF.
Tailpipe & Muffler Removal:
- Loosen the clamp at the tailpipe-to-muffler connection, slide the tailpipe back, and remove it (this will be reinstalled).
- Loosen the clamp at the front of the muffler and remove the muffler (this will be reinstalled).
SCR Assembly Removal:
- Remove the three fasteners at the 3-bolt flange and take out the SCR assembly.
- Loosen the v-band clamp at the turbo-to-downpipe connection, unlatch the clamp, and remove the downpipe (keep the clamp for reuse).
Pipe Installation:
- Install the new downpipe using the previously removed clamp (do not tighten yet).
- Install the secondary pipe onto the downpipe and insert the hanger into the factory bushing, with the hanger pointing towards the front of the truck.
- Install the third pipe with the hanger pointing towards the rear of the vehicle.
- Note: If your truck has the shorter 5'7" bed, cut 7" off the front of the third pipe (cut the side that connects to the secondary pipe).

- Race tuning required for optimal performance.
