• Economy: Emissions components removed. Keeps power close to stock and is aimed at better MPG.
• StockPlus: Emissions components stay in place. Adds about +35 hp and typically improves fuel economy around 5–10%.
• EcoPower: Emissions components removed. About +35 hp with tuning focused on fuel mileage while staying reliability-minded.
• Race: Emissions components removed. About +50 hp for stronger performance, with built-in safety limits retained.
• Tow: Emissions components removed. About +50 hp tuned for towing power and control when you’re working the truck hard.
• Max: Emissions components removed. Up to +75 hp on a stock engine and stock turbo setup.
• Custom: For modified engines and/or turbos. Calibration is built custom suited to your specific needs.

Read Before Ordering

• Turnaround time: Usually 1–2 business days.
• Fix existing faults first: Do not begin the tuning process if the check engine light or any service warnings are active.
• DEF/DPF countdown must be cleared: Repair any DEF/DPF countdown or derate/no-start warnings before tuning. The tune will not correct those conditions.
• SCR module codes: Any SCR-related fault codes need to be resolved prior to tuning; they cannot be cleared afterward.
• Custom-order policy: This is a made-to-order product and is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Get Started in Five Simple Steps:

1. Connect the IronLoaderV2 device to your vehicle's OBD2 port and power it up
2. Launch the PowerGate app on your smartphone, establish a Bluetooth connection, and follow the on-screen instructions to read your stock tune.
3. Upload your stock tune to the tuning server and await your personalized tune's creation.
4. Download the custom tune and upload it to your vehicle using the PowerGate app.
5. Follow the prompts on your screen to complete the tuning process effortlessly.
