ECM shipping label arrived late, but support fixed it fast. Tow Tune feels modest wish I'd gone Street Tune.

TCM tune fixed my harsh shifts, but the DEF sensor wiring was tricky. Needed a buddy's help. Customer service replied fast though.

Kit missed one EGR gasket. Tuner froze during first flash had to reset it. Level 2 tune still runs clean though.

2019 3500 runs smoother. Bypass cable worked perfectly. +65HP tune maintains stock reliability while adding power.

Instructions skipped the battery disconnect step fried a fuse. Support sent a replacement OBD2 tool fast though.

EGR kit missing one gasket. Economy tune feels sluggish. Performance tune makes up for it though - truck pulls hard now.

Tuning file took 4 days to arrive. Level 2 (+80HP) is solid, but my transmission slips occasionally. Might need a built trans soon.

2015.5 pipe needed extra clamps. Tuner credits didn't auto-load. Level 1 tune is too mild upgrading to Level 3 soon.

Bypass cable included fit my 2023 perfectly. ECM transfer took 5 business days as promised. Custom tune for my AISIN trans eliminated harsh shifts.
