  • If your PCM has a previous tune, ensure to reset it to stock settings before sending it to us. Your ECM should not display any errors or countdowns before removal.
  • Perform DPF Regen prior to having PCM tuned as this will reset DPF accumulation values that cannot be reset once the PCM has been modified/tuned.
  • For optimal outcomes, combine this tuning with a DPF/DEF Race/Delete Pipe to guarantee your engine operates at peak efficiency.

Streamlined 2020+ Jeep & Ram EcoDiesel Delete Procedure:

During the delete process, eliminate all DPF & SCR components from the exhaust system. Retain all EGR, throttle valve, MAF, MAP, and remaining EGT sensors as is. Avoid altering the DEF tank or DEF tank sensors. You (as the customer) are responsible for creating a block off plate for the second EGR port opening (typically rerouted back into the exhaust).

Efficient ECM Removal Guide

Prior to sending us your ECM, follow these steps:

  1. Clear any dashboard alerts or maintenance notifications.
  2. Resolve any DEF/DPF countdown issues (if present) before ECM removal.
  3. Switch off the ignition and disconnect the negative battery cable.
  4. Safely remove the ECM.
